The aim of our CrossFit classes is to make physical tasks and natural movements that occur throughout our daily lives easier, and ultimately to prepare your body for any challenge you might throw at it. We do this by incorporating body weight strength activities, weightlifting (including Oly lifts), balance activities, gymnastics, mobility, and high intensity interval training into constantly varied workouts scaled to your ability and fitness level.
Each class is 60 minutes and is Coach-led from beginning to end (warm-up, movement instruction and feedback during mobility, strength, and metabolic conditioning components, and cool-down).
