WOMEN’S GYMNASTICS

#1 Oklahoma 197.550, #17 Auburn 195.950, BYU 194.625, Nebraska 194.475 – Jan. 4, 2025
NASHVILLE – The Oklahoma women’s gymnastics team claimed its first victory of the season, earning a 197.550 at the American Gold Women’s Collegiate Gymnastics Classic in Nashville Saturday night. OU moved to 3-0 on the season with wins over Auburn (195.950), BYU (194.625) and Nebraska (194.475).

#2 LSU 197.300, Iowa State 194.100 – Jan. 3, 2025
BATON ROUGE – The No. 2 nationally ranked LSU Gymnastics team opened the 2025 season with a strong 197.300-194.100 win over the Iowa State Cyclones on Friday night inside the Pete Maravich Assembly Center.

#4 Cal 196.275, #19 Oregon State 195.775, #10 UCLA 195.250 – Jan. 4, 2025
OCEANSIDE – The No. 4 California women’s gymnastics team took home a pair of wins on Saturday at the season-opening American Gold Collegiate Classic posting a 196.275 at Frontwave Arena in Oceanside. No. 19 Oregon State finished second in the tri-meet with a 195.775 and No. 10 UCLA came in third at 195.250.

#5 Utah 196.775, Utah State 194.450 – Jan. 3, 2025
SALT LAKE CITY – The fifth-ranked Utah Gymnastics team kick-started the 2025 season, overcoming a slow start through the first two rotations and finding a way to dominate Utah State for the first win of the season with a score of 196.775-194.450.

#9 Missouri 196.700, Ball State 194.925, Illinois State 194.775, SEMO 190.475 – Jan. 3, 2025
COLUMBIA, Mo. — The ninth-ranked University of Missouri gymnastics took victory in their season opener with a final score of 196.700, defeating Ball State (194.925), Illinois State (194.775) and Southeast Missouri (190.475).

#11 Michigan State 196.850, Western Michigan 194.675 – Jan. 4, 2025
EAST LANSING, Mich. – The No. 11 Michigan State gymnastics team opened the season with a dominating 196.850-194.675 win over Western Michigan on Saturday evening at Jenison Field House.

#12 Denver 195.700, #13 Michigan 194.975 – Jan. 5, 2025
DENVER – The No. 12-ranked University of Denver women’s gymnastics team began its 2025 campaign with a win over No. 13 Michigan on Sunday in Magness Arena.

#18 Minnesota 194.450, Central Michigan 193.400 – Jan. 4, 2025
MINNEAPOLIS — The No. 18 University of Minnesota gymnastics team opened its 2025 season with a 194.450 to 193.400 win over the Central Michigan Chippewas.

Gustavus Adolphus 184.225, UW-Eau Claire 181.825 – Jan. 4, 2025
SAINT PETER, Minn. – The Gustavus gymnastics team opened the season in a dual against UW-Eau Claire Saturday night at the Sponberg Gymnastics Studio, and walked away with its first win of the season in the first Gustavus home event of 2025.

NC State 195.825, Towson 194.425 – Jan. 4, 2025
RALEIGH, N.C. – The NC State gymnastics team set a program record for its highest season-opening score with a 195.825, topping Towson’s 194.425 in Reynolds Coliseum on Saturday.

Arizona 194.925, Rutgers 194.850, Southern Utah 194.750, Wilberforce 180.275 – Jan. 4, 2025
OCEANSIDE, Calif. – Arizona Gymnastics earned a 194.925 to place first in their season opener against Rutgers, Southern Utah, and Wilberforce. The Knights placed just behind the Cats with a 194.850, followed by Southern Utah in third with a 194.750, and Wilberforce placed fourth scoring a 180.275.

West Virginia 193.600, Temple 191.200 – Jan. 4, 2025
PHILADELPHIA – Saturday afternoon, the Temple Owls’ gymnastics team fell to the West Virginia Mountaineers, 193.600-191.200.

Penn State 195.775, Penn 194.725, New Hampshire 192.025 – Jan. 5, 2025
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – No. 21 Penn State women’s gymnastics scored 195.775 points to earn wins over both Penn (194.725) and New Hampshire (192.025) to open its 2025 season. 2,752 fans filled Rec Hall to witness the Nittany Lions begin their season 2-0.

Sacramento State 194.700, UC Davis 193.525, UW-Oshkosh 191.175 – Jan. 5, 2025
SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The Sacramento State gymnastics team started the 2025 season by recording a pair of victories and posting the highest score by a Hornet team in a season-opening meet in school history.

MEN’S GYMNASTICS

CGA All-Star Meet: Season 3 Recap – Jan. 3, 2025
The CGA, in partnership with Virtius, hosted the CGA All-Star Meet: Season 3. The West team took the All-Star title back from the East in a tight contest. The final score was 225.825 for the West to 225.550 for the East.
