While I agree that genetics and professional help plays a big role, DP’s bodyfat percentage is honestly entirely achievable by the normal individual with just a few years of training and diet. Anyone who goes to the gym a few years will tell you that.

Sure, you might not look exactly like her with those bodyfat % levels but one can easily be the same level with consistent efforts.

It is honestly a very healthy goal.

Her body is fantastic but does not require insane upkeep like disha, jacqueline etc. nor does it require steroids.

I go to a competitive gym and seeing bodies more impressive than disha, jac 10-20 times a day isn’t uncommon but I realize it is unhealthy to compare yourself to them just like how guys shouldn’t compare themselves to tiger shroff.

Obviously one will not obviously look like dp, maybe their body will look more like pooja Hegde but that’s a big W too

it is a reasonably healthy aspirational goal.
