High intensity, functional movements that develop structural stability, support joint health & function, body awareness, dynamic strength, muscular strength endurance, athleticism, and cardiovascular conditioning.

We believe our group classes are for everyone and there’s always something to gain, but if you have specific goals that you’re working toward, you prefer a one-on-one approach, or want individualized programming, personal training is a great option for you.
