Kirkland CrossFit is an amazing gym with amazing coaches! After a long break from CrossFit I recently joined KCF, and I am glad I chose them over my former gym. The coaches (Jamie, Erica, Lenore, Jason), do a great job challenging you but are also a lot of fun and just all around great people. The members are all very welcoming and encouraging too! The only regrets I have is not joining sooner.
